By having our own forensic accountant on staff, we quickly sift through complex financial data, assist our clients in understanding the financial status of their companies, and locate and document misappropriation and other financial wrongdoing. Paul gives us the ability to audit the company books quickly and cost-effectively. Paul also assists our clients in determining the fair value of their ownership, so that we and our clients are in a position of knowledge in negotiating a purchase or sale of ownership interests.
